For large appliances, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time for a professional courier to collect the unit directly from your doorstep.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
